After many years as a professional recruiter for large nationwide search firms, I decided it was time to set up my own recruiting agency that centered around the flexibility to customize services to my clients. Most of my career has been recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals. As my clients needs have expanded into other areas, so has my recruiting focus. Additional recruiting areas include: Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Administrative, Sales and Operations.
I do not have layers of red tape like you find with national agencies. I wanted to have flexibility to customize our services to various industries, budgets and time zones. My goal is to be transparent throughout the hiring process so there are no surprises. Being upfront and honest is what I expect from my team and what you can expect working with the Greenwave Group.
